Noise or vibration monitoring and assessment

At Healthy Buildings we have over 14 years experience in environmental noise and vibration monitoring. We can monitor over the short and long term and provide a detailed assessment of mitigation strategies. 

Planning Application support

Our environmental noise and vibration assessments can be provided in the form of Noise and Vibration Impact Assessments suitable for submission with Planning Applications and Environmental Impact Assessments.

3D modelling of noise/room acoustics

We can build 3D models of external noise from traffic and industrial facilities, predict the noise levels at the facades of new or existing buildings, and model attenuation and screening. With 3D room acoustics models we can also provide information on appropriate surfaces and finishes to control reverberation and improve speech intelligibility indoors. 

Noise nuisance issues/neighbour complaints
